Terms & Conditions
Reservations:
In order for us to process your request for reservations fully, we advise placing your order prior to your travel date. All reservations are subject to availability. All activity times, dates, schedules and fares are subject to change without notice.

Provision of Service:
Hawaii Travel & Leisure L.L.C. and it's vendors reserves the right to cancel scheduled tours, attractions and activities at any time in the event of hazardous weather conditions or unforeseen operational problems. Hawaii Travel & Leisure L.L.C. will not be responsible for delays, injury, loss, accident or damages to person or personal property.

Cancellation/Change Policy
1. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the day of service. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the day of service will result in a 100% charge being incurred/No refund. Groups of 6 or more may cancel no later than 5 days prior to the day of service- no refund for cancellations made within 5 days or less. All cancellations made by the customer will result in a 5% service charge. *Some exceptions may apply. Details will be noted on your ticket(s).
2. No shows will incur full charges/NO REFUND.
3. For cancellations please provide name used to make the order, email address, voucher I.D., telephone number, activity, and activity date.
